By commissioning into The War Council, you agree to the following protocols governing your rank and responsibilities within our community.
1. Service Commitment & Duration
Membership in the War Council is a binding 12-month tactical commitment. Your tour of duty begins on the date of your first contribution and remains active for one full calendar year, ensuring the stability and strength of our gaming ranks throughout every season of play.
2. Non-Refundable Contributions
Once a member has been inducted into their chosen tier, all membership dues are considered final and strictly non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds or early discharges from this 12-month contract, as these resources are immediately allocated to maintaining the high-quality battlefield environment and exclusive benefits provided to the Council.
3. Conduct on the Field
All members are expected to uphold the honor of the Council by following our "Rules of Engagement" (found in our store when playing on-site) and respecting the authority of The Arbiters. Failure to maintain a respectful and welcoming environment for fellow hobbyists may result in a disciplinary review of your rank without a refund of your remaining term.
